What's the Mazda Connected Services Program?


When you buy or lease a new Mazda near Paradise at our dealership, we'll tell you about all the features of Mazda Connected Services and make its installation in your vehicle a breeze. With Connected Services, you can stay connected to your vehicle wherever you go, with features including a vehicle finder, status monitoring and health reports keeping you apprised of your vehicle's whereabouts and condition. What's more, you can enjoy available Wi-Fi® connectivity,2 while services like automatic 911 dialing3 and roadside assistance are at your fingertips. Other convenient features of Connected Services include:

• Prepare your vehicle from the comfort of home with remote start and stop

• Lock or unlock your vehicle's doors remotely

• Receive alerts when your vehicle needs servicing

• And more!

How to Enroll in Mazda Connected Services


After you purchase your vehicle at Findlay Mazda, we'll be more than happy to walk you through the process of setting up your Mazda Connected Services and answering any questions you have. If you'd still like to familiarize yourself with the process, or want to do it on your own time, here are the steps to set it up:

Step 1: Download the MyMazda app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™ Store. Then, open the app and tap "Register."

Step 2: Follow the in-app prompts to register for a MyMazda account.

Step 3: After registering for a MyMazda account, the "Select Vehicle" screen will appear. Tap "Add Vehicle" and follow the instructions to add your connected vehicle to your MyMazda account.

Step 4: To enroll your connected vehicle in Connected Services, tap "Enroll" on the "My Vehicles" screen, then tap "Start" to begin the enrollment process.

Step 5: Switch the ignition ON in your Mazda vehicle. Then, tap "Next."

Step 6: Tap "Request" to receive an authorization code on your vehicle's Mazda Connect™ center display.

Step 7: Enter the authorization code in the MyMazda app, then tap "Submit."

Step 8: After enrollment is successfully processed and the vehicle is connected, you will immediately be able to start using connected features.
